DEPORTED TRANS-NATIONAL CRIMINAL RE-ENTERS PNG USING BUSINESS VISA

CHIEF SECRETARY MUST SUSPEND CHIEF MIGRATION OFFICER SOLOMON KANTHA AND IMMEDIATELY SANCTION AN INVESTIGATION - SERIOUS IMPLICATION TO NATIONAL SECURITY

Chief Migration Officer Solomon Kantha actions demand a serious criminal investigation concerning the case of two foreigners, a Malaysian Peter Ling and a Chinese Kevin He Kai.

Peter Ling was allege to have breach migration laws, yet he was never arrested for the migration offence and put before the court to test the allegations. Everyone is entitle to full protection of the law whether foreigner or citizen as such Peter Ling was never found guilty of the allegation by the court instead he was deported in a rush. Peter Ling has lived in PNG for over 26 years and paid taxes and is a genuine worker and investor. Solomon Kantha together some police officers (identified) deported Peter Ling in haste without the benefit of the court finding him guilty. Just imagine what if the court found him not guilty? We might be deporting an innocent man. Serious infringement of human rights. Why hurry? The deportation sounds fishy? This I believe is now the subject of a major criminal investigation announce recently by ACP Crimes Victor Isouve.

My initial investigation reveals that a rival company funded the deportation plane tickets for the deportee and police/immigration escorts? Deportation is a state sanction removal why is a private company sponsoring all this? Sounds fishy and highly suspicious. A conflict of interest, bias, abuse of office, it seems to be privately sponsored.

Kevin He Kai

Branded as the Chinese mafia was found guilty by the Waigani National Court and sentence to CIS Bomana for stealing and smuggling related crimes. He was also arrested for being in possession of dangerous fire arms. Since being found guilty of the criminal charges he was deported by the former Immigration task force team and blacklisted from re-entry. The criminal charges of Kevin He Kai is confirmed by senior Lawyer Public prosecutor Mary Zurenuoc

Interestingly at the eve of 2017 Kevin He Kai was allowed back into the country by Chief Migration Officer Solomon Kantha.

As a journalist covering this story back then I was interested and interview the former Immigration Minister Rimbink Pato now Foreign Affairs Minister and he said he has no idea and it was CMO Solomon Kantha. After he consulted Solomon Kantha Later he reveal to me that CMO Kantha admitted it was an over sight.

An oversight? Someone placed on black list with read alert on his name, should be apprehended as soon as he arrive is unbelievable. After I raise the alarm with the Minister they stop him again at the airport and refuse him entry. Just imagine if I have not raise the alarm, the mafia will already be in the country by now.

Our Border and national security is under serious threat, people who are on the black list can come in and move out any time.

This is the biggest scandal in PNG Immigration, this is highly suspicious that things are not right in Immigration.

The Prime Minister and chief Secretary must order an immediate investigation and CMO Solomon Kantha must be sideline and investigated. This is very serious and can amount to treason as Government officials betraying their country.

MINISTER IMMIGRATION PETRUS THOMAS - MUST EXPLAIN WHO GAVE THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE BUSINESS VISA TO BE ISSUED TO CONVICTED & DEPORTED CHINESE MAFIA SNAKE HEAD KEVIN HE KAI - THIS SHOULD BE THE SUBJECT OF THE INVESTIGATION.

Immigration Minister Petrus Thomas was totally confused when Oro Governor Gary Juffa raised this matter in Parliament on Wednesday. Minister's response is very shallow - he does not know what is happening in his Ministry.

Kevin He Kai was in the country since July 2017 and has been travelling in and out of the country right under the nose and eyes of Immigration officers at the airport. Minister Thomas if you don't know when he came in on 6th April 2018 immigration officers took him to the office and Solomon Kantha directed for his release and now here in Parliament as Minister said investigation will commence, detectives are working on the case. Minister Thomas you seem to be total confused, you don't know what you are saying in Parliament, it went on record on NBC news, and your Chief Migration Officer is fooling you.

If you are confused let me advice you, the subject of your investigation should be on the Chief Migration Officer Solomon Kantha he was the one who allowed him in and out. If you don't know he came in on July 2017, went out on December 2017 came back on 8 March 2018 went back and came back on 6 April 2018 and now his in the country. All this time he was travelling in and out and now you want to investigate him and I quote you" Detectives are working on the case", this is a total joke, you are confused. The fact of the matter remains your Chief Migration Officer Solomon Kantha is the man behind all this, you should suspend him and order an investigation.
