GUARDIANS OF THE ISLAND: THE ROYAL PAPUA NEW GUINEA CONSTABULARY

 

In the land of highlands and coastal seas,  

Where the birds of paradise soar free,  

Stand the guardians, firm and true,  

The Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary.  

Through rainforests dense and rivers wide,  

They walk with honor, side by side,  

From mountain peaks to valleys deep,  

The peace they vow, they strive to keep.  

With badges bright and spirits bold,  

Stories of courage yet untold,  

They serve their people, every clan,  

In every village, every span.  

From ancient tribes to modern days,  

They bridge the gap in countless ways,  

Respecting custom, law, and land,  

In unity, they take their stand.  

Their mission clear, their hearts alight,  

To bring forth justice in the night,  

Through trials faced and battles fought,  

They hold the line in every thought.  

Oh, guardians of this island state,  

Whose strength and duty never wait,  

In your blue we see the pride,  

Of Papua New Guinea, side by side.
